Sample Policy

1.Sample for order.

If you are a new client and want to get sample from us to place an order, first you need to send the sample list to us. Most of the time, we could offer you one sheet per item free of charge. But the delivery fee is paid by the client. So it is better the client could offer us their express accounts, such as DHL,Fedex,,UPS account. Then we could send the samples out via the client’s express account. Most of the samples could be ready around 2-5 days, but that depends on the real situation.

If you are already in our showroom and want to take the sample away, please reassure. Our company has a small warehouse in the showroom which keeps stock of the sample mosaics. So we could offer you the small piece of mosaic sample for free right away.

2.Sample for Showroom.

If you are a new client and want to get a set of sample one or two sheets per item to show in your showroom to test the market, we need to charge you full value and the deliver cost is in your care. We will return the sample charge one time or several times based on your order amount and the sample value.

If you already are our regular client and want to get a set of sample one or two sheets per item to show in your showroom, we will send the sample together with your order free of charge.

3.Sample to distribute.

If you need a small amount of sample sheets delivered with ordered goods for distribution and promotion, generally speaking, quantity not exceed 2 sheets per item is free of charge. If more than 2 sheets, we will charge 80% to 50% of the price according to the ordered amount and sample quantity.

4.Sample Folder & Sample Card

We will provide customized Sample Folder & Sample Card for clients who already order the related items. For the sample folder, we only charge the folder and manual fee. As for sample card, we charge the card, manual fee and 70% of the sample value.

We don’t supply customized sample folder & sample card for client who never order from us. Client can choose our sample folder & sample card for item selection.
